E-19-009012 - OCEAN applicator 2837485, 2836646, 2836131, 2266535, 2151204, and 2151022 have been upgraded to OCEAN 2.0, to include: enhanced wire crimp height ram assembly and terminal drag plate function. This change will be implemented on future applicator orders but is not required for the functionality of existing applicators in the field. Where listed on the applicator logs-sheet, all terminals have been qualified using the stated crimp specification. |

E-19-005880 - Product Improvement. OCEAN Applicator, 2151022, Due to the update of application specification, 114-13000, the crimp height for wire size 0.35 mm2 wire was updated to 0.79 +/- 0.03 mm. Also, the crimp height tolerance for 0.5mm2 wire was updated to 0.03 mm.

Item 244, Insulation Snail Cam Adjustment, p/n 2119082-8. Items 2 and 82 were changed to optimize the rear bellmouth. Item 82 was changed to adjust the crimp height reference settings. Item 244 was updated to have finer increments between each pad setting. No change necessary to current revision applicators. |
